As an admin of a club, you may want to affiliate the members of your club with a Federation. In order to do this, you need to affiliate your club to the federation first. There are two ways to do this.
Instructions
To get the attendee list, simply these simple steps:
1. Go to mynextmatch.com and provide your login details to continue.
2. While on the Lobby, click on My Organisations and select your club:
Affiliating your club with the Federation - Method I:
1. While on the Dashboard, you will be in the Manage tab. If you're not affiliated with a federation, you will see a Purchase button:
2. Select the product you wish to buy from the Federation:
3. Once selected, you will be redirected to the club affiliation form:
- Enter the date of the creation of your club,
- Assign a secretary (if your club is new, you will only be able to select your own name),
- Enter your phone number,
- Read the Terms and Conditions,
4. Once you've filled out the form, click on add to your basket and checkout.
Note: When you're done with the payment, you will need to wait until one of the admins from the federation approves your affiliation request.

Affiliating your club with the Federation - Method II:
1. While on the Dashboard of your club, use the search bar to visit the profile page of the federation that you want to be affiliated with:
2. On the federation's profile page, click on the Join Button:
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can see the various products that the federation may have for clubs:
4. Select your product, and fill out the form:
- Enter the date of the creation of your club,
- Assign a secretary (if your club is new, you will only be able to select your own name),
- Enter your phone number,
- Read the Terms and Conditions,
5. Once you've filled out the form, click on add to your basket and checko
Note: When you're done with the payment, you will need to wait until one of the admins from the federation approves your affiliation request.

Affiliating your members with the Federation
1. While on the dashboard of your club, go to the Athletes Tab.
2. Next to the athletes' names, Click on the button that reads Purchase.
3. Select one of the products available for the federation:
4. Once selected, the product will be added to your basket:
You can repeat this process for as many of the members as you want.
5. Once you've selected everyone, go to your basket and checkout.
When one of the admins in the federation approves the applications, the athletes will become affiliated.
